The people here are what motivates me. You get to work as part of a team, building something that really matters. Of course, you bring the skills and knowledge you pick up at university, but you develop strategic thinking and build new social skills, getting inspiration from people with different interests and perspectives.

On the graduate programme, I’m learning all aspects of the business alongside projects and the role of the developer and so on, and a lot of general technical training.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at LSEG so far, as I can tell that people really believe in me. I was given the opportunity to speak about a server project to 100 people on a rooftop! I feel this is definitely a company where you can grow as a person and it’s a great environment to start your career.
